2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all first-time purchases of any subscription plan.
You are eligible for a full refund if:

You have not used more than 25% of your plan’s quota (e.g., credits, word counts, or generation limits).

You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or platform malfunction.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after the 7-day period

Refund requests for renewals or recurring billing beyond the initial purchase

Plans where over 25% of usage has been consumed

Downgrades or cancellations made after a billing cycle has begun

Subscriptions purchased during limited-time promotions or discounts

Dissatisfaction with the content of AI-generated results that is not due to platform errors
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations made partway through the billing cycle.

After cancellation, you won’t be charged for the next period unless you reactivate your subscription.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing or using Wezachz.com, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days), you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the issue and your usage.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team, your account may be permanently suspended.
We strongly encourage users to contact support@wezachz.com first so we can resolve any issue promptly and fairly.
7. Enterprise & Custom Plans
Custom enterprise contracts and high-volume plans may have individual refund terms specified in the agreement. This Refund Policy applies only to standard self-serve subscriptions unless otherwise stated.
